The process of enhancing our product offering is an incredibly demanding and meticulous process at Kimball Midwest. Although some distributors seemingly offer every product imaginable, we maintain very precise standards and conduct extensive testing on every item we carry. By design, this is a comprehensive process to ensure that superior-quality maintenance, repair, and operations products appear in this catalog. You can, therefore, be assured that any product appearing on the following pages meets or exceeds our exacting standards. We are so confident in our offering that Kimball Midwest ensures every item in our line is fully warranted against defects in material or manufacture. And that is just the beginning. As a further reflection of our commitment to quality and value, over 80% of our inventory dollars are spent on products made right here in the United States. In this very tangible way, we support American businesses and workers, while also certifying complete traceability to the manufacture source, eliminating the possibility of substandard, misrepresented, mismarked, or counterfeit products. As an example, our graded fractional and metric fasteners all meet or exceed SAE, ASTM, and ANSI specifications and traceability. It is quality on which you can rely. By managing our customers' inventories and shipping all orders daily with industry-leading fill rates, we effectively lower our customers' total MRO costs.
